Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Ops by Claw's website, playbooks, templates, community resources, or any other services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

Service Description

Ops by Claw provides operational playbooks, implementation guidance, AI agent configurations, cron job templates, and related educational resources for OpenClaw workflows. The Service includes free content and optional paid community membership. Features, pricing, and access levels may change over time at our sole discretion.

Use at Your Own Risk

All playbooks, templates, configurations, and resources are provided "as-is" and "as-available." You are solely responsible for:

• Reviewing, adapting, and testing any template before use in production environments.
• Your own business outcomes, decisions, and results obtained from using the Service.
• Compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and contractual obligations.
• Maintaining appropriate backups and error handling for any workflows you deploy.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Engage in any illegal, abusive, harmful, or fraudulent activity.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or data.
• Introduce malware, viruses, or any other harmful code.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its underlying infrastructure.
• Represent Ops by Claw resources as professional legal, tax, accounting, or compliance advice.
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense our content as a standalone product or service.

User Accounts and Membership

When you create a community membership account or make a payment, you agree to provide accurate, complete information and maintain the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Paid memberships are billed under the terms communicated at signup. Pricing and membership features may change with reasonable notice.

Intellectual Property

All content, playbooks, templates, designs, and materials provided through the Service are the intellectual property of Ops by Claw or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these materials for your own internal business operations. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without prior written consent.

Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." OPS BY CLAW MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE. ANY CONTENT OR TEMPLATES YOU DOWNLOAD OR USE ARE DONE AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION AND RISK.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, OPS BY CLAW SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (I) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE; (ii) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE; (III) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICE; AND (IV) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) $100 USD.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ops by Claw and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to (i) your use of the Service; (ii) your violation of these Terms; (iii) your violation of any third-party rights; or (iv) any content you submit or transmit through the Service.

Third-Party Links and Services

The Service may contain links to third-party websites, services, or resources that are not owned or controlled by Ops by Claw. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services. You acknowledge and agree that Ops by Claw shall not be responsible or liable for any damage or loss caused by your use of any third-party content or services.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, including for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Ops by Claw regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, or representations, whether written or oral.
